The team here at One Trinity Green is without doubt one of its greatest assets. Here you won’t just find great business space; we’ll work really hard to make sure your experience of using our space is a really positive one, whether you’re dropping in for a short meeting or planning to set up your business here for years to come.
Siobhan O’Brien, Business Manager
Siobhan has worked for Groundwork South Tyneside and Newcastle since 2007 as Business Development and Marketing Manager before being appointed as Business Manager of One Trinity Green in August 2012. Her earlier career spans a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, engineering and publishing, and Siobhan’s business experience is already proving to be of help to the tenants and customers of One Trinity Green.
Louise Parker and Carol Anderson, Customer Service Advisers
Louise and Carol will be able to help you with any enquiries (it’s probably one of them that will answer the phone if you call!), and they always make a great job of making sure your meetings and events go without a hitch.
Carol managed the reception at the Groundwork Eco Centre for 8 years and can be recognised by her sunny smile and commitment to delivering first class customer service. Louise gained a wide range of experience in the employment and learning team before coordinating the retail cafe operations managed by Groundwork in Newcastle city parks.
Alan English, Communications and Project Assistant
Alan supports with purchasing and finance and is a dab hand with social media. He’s the main contact for our customers and tenants on IT, making sure they’re able to quickly take advantage of the super-fast broadband here at One Trinity Green.
Alan was really hands-on in preparing the building for opening during 2012, and was recognised for his great contribution to Groundwork by being short-listed for our Employee of the Year Award 2012.
